From Copenhagen via Ibiza to Vitznau

This year, the innovative gastronomy concept “Ibiza Food Studio” by top Danish chef Boris Buono is coming to Lake Lucerne from 29 May 2023 until the end of summer. Boris Buono is the former sous chef of Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen and founder of the most legendary restaurant on Ibiza. Ibiza Food Studio Vitznau brings the relaxed Ibiza farm lifestyle paired with great passion for the best local products and total freedom to Restaurant Sens every Sunday to Tuesday.
Chef of the Pop-Up will be Nick van der Zant, who has already worked in this position on Ibiza with Boris.

Feeling at home with a top chef

Boris is in charge of the concept and will be on site at events, Nick van der Zant is the chef behind the Pop-Up. The Dutchman has been working with Boris in Ibiza for a few years now, and before that he worked at well-known addresses around the world such as Eleven Madison Park.

Just like Boris, Nick prefers to do things differently. The boundaries between kitchen, service and guest disappear. Lunch or dinner becomes a big, family-style happening with funky wines, relaxed chillout tunes and the sound of the lake in the background.
