Free travel by public transport

If you book two nights at the Hotel Vitznauerhof, you will receive free 2nd class travel on public transport from anywhere in Switzerland on your arrival and departure days! You can depart from the hotel and travel back home or to any other location in Switzerland.

The following additional services are included: free luggage transport and a 50% discount on Park+Rail.

Are you arriving with your own private boat? Take advantage of our own boat dock.

Reservations of the jetty are possible, or let the skipper take you to the Vitznauerhof directly in front of the Lucerne train station.

From Zurich follow highway A4 direction Zug/Lucerne
Follow signs for highway A4 Schwyz/Gottard

Take the highway exit Küssnacht am Rigi/Weggis
Then drive along the lakeside road following signs for Vitznau

In summer there is a car ferry from Beckenried, NW to Gersau. Once there, follow the signs to Vitznau.
