Restaurant Inspiration

At Restaurant Inspiration, we celebrate a cuisine that is light, modern, and surprisingly versatile. Our dishes start consciously vegetarian – as a creative, plant-based foundation that allows for individuality. Those who wish can enhance their dish with selected regional meat or fresh fish – entirely flexible, according to taste.

Seasonal, local, and always with a pinch of courage, our kitchen team combines clear flavours with fresh ideas. The result: a cuisine that is uncomplicated yet has character – enjoyable, contemporary, and sensual.

Winter Opening Hours 2026/2027

From 26 December 2026 to 14 February 2027, Restaurant Inspiration will operate with adjusted opening hours and a special winter offering.

In the afternoon, we serve a small snack menu.

From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, guests can enjoy our 3-course menu with a vegetarian base. Individual courses can be complemented with meat or fish for an additional charge, if desired.

During this period, no à la carte menu will be available in the evening.
