From June 13 to July 27, 2024, Italian rising star Matteo Morbini took guests at the “Sens” on a culinary journey full of creativity and tradition.
During his summer residency at the Sens, he presented innovative Italian cuisine deeply rooted in traditional cooking but enriched with creative touches and modern techniques such as fermentation and influences from other cultures.
