7132 Silver Head Chef Marcel Koolen and his team spend the hot summer days at Lake Lucerne.

Marcel knows the area around Vitznau too well:
before he earned two stars in the Michelin Guide at 7132 Hotel in Vals, he was part of the Sens brigade.

Now he is returning to Vitznau in July and Augsut together with his crew and presents a short summer version of the Silver Experience paired with chilled drinks.
