Claudia Canessa back at the Vitznauerhof
Claudia Canessa is cool. For the past three years, she has been head chef at Sunny Bar by Claudia Canessa in St. Moritz in winter and private chef on Ibiza in summer.
She is known for her courage to go against the grain, her reinterpretation of Peruvian classics and her love of chilli peppers in all their variations.
Her great passion for the flavours of this world and her aversion to conventions make her one of the most interesting top chefs in Switzerland.
