Florian Neubauer, known from the Backstage Hotel in Zermatt, will enchant our guests with an exquisite fish menu. Born in Germany, he has made a name for himself in top gastronomy: his cuisine at the “After Seven” has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points. He also demonstrates his skills at the highest level in the “Diner’s Club” with 15 GaultMillau points.
