Another top Swiss chef is honouring the “Sens” summer residence with us on Lake Lucerne.
Florian Neubauer, known from the Backstage Hotel in Zermatt, will enchant our guests with an exquisite fish menu. Born in Germany, he has made a name for himself in top gastronomy: his cuisine at the “After Seven” has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points. He also demonstrates his skills at the highest level in the “Diner’s Club” with 15 GaultMillau points.

For the special event in our Sens restaurant, Florian Neubauer has created a menu that is perfectly matched to the picturesque lakeside location. From 5th to 29th of September 2024, you can enjoy his masterful fish dishes and be inspired by his creativity and passion for fine dining.

This enables him to cook in the most fascinating places around the world and open up new culinary horizons. Now he is bringing his expertise and innovative style to us in Vitznau.
