Florian Neubauer cooked at the “Sens” summer residence

The top Swiss chef honoured the “Sens” summer residence on Lake Lucerne for another year.

Florian Neubauer, known from the Backstage Hotel in Zermatt, once again enchanted our guests with an exquisite fish menu. Born in Germany, he has made a name for himself in top gastronomy: his cuisine at the “After Seven” has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points. He also demonstrates his skills at the highest level in the “Diner’s Club” with 15 GaultMillau points.

Also this year, Florian Neubauer created a menu in our Sens restaurant throughout August and September 2025 that perfectly matched the picturesque lakeside location.

In addition to his work as executive chef and DJ at the Backstage Hotel, Florian Neubauer runs his own company “Sweet and Sour by Flo Neubauer”.
This enables him to cook in the most fascinating places around the world and open up new culinary horizons. Now he has brought his expertise and innovative style to us in Vitznau.
