The talented chef helped Jeroen Achtien rise through the ranks at Sens as sous chef before moving to 7132 Silver at the end of 2020.
His impressive career culminated last year when he took over as head chef, confidently defending his two Michelin stars and immediately earning 16 GaultMillau points.
